This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves across HR operations, employee experience, onboarding, and people support.

The Authenticom Group has the platform, the products, the team, and compensation structure aligned for growth. What we don't have is dedicated program management that ensures company-wide initiatives we commit to actually land on time, on scope, and on budget.

Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be the single point of accountability for cross-functional initiative delivery across the entire organization, taking our departmental plans and turning them into coordinated, executed outcomes.
