Partner Introduction

Welcome to the Authenticom Group hub for partner guidelines and assets. We want to make it easy for you to integrate our data solutions into your platform while respecting our brand and licensing restrictions.

These guidelines are meant to help external developers integrate Authenticom into their products while ensuring all users receive a high-quality, consistent, and delightful experience—no matter which platform they access our data on. By using these resources, you accept our Developer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Brand Attribution

Content provided through Authenticom is protected by various rights holders. If you use any Authenticom metadata (including dealer names, inventory sets, and data vault analytics), it must always be accompanied by the Authenticom brand.

To comply with our licensing agreements, you must always attribute content from Authenticom with the full logo (icon + wordmark). We only allow using the standalone icon if it is featured as an app tile on a device or where screen real estate is critically limited.

Using Our Content

All artwork and data visualizations must be kept in their original form. Do not crop, animate, or distort assets in any way. This includes applying overlays, blurring, or placing playback controls over the data. To ensure optical blending with nearby UI elements, all graphic containers must have rounded corners. Small and medium devices should use a 4px corner radius, whereas large-scale desktop interfaces should use an 8px corner radius.

Metadata & Accuracy

Data integrity is our priority. Dealer names, VINs, and inventory titles must always be presented exactly as provided by the Authenticom API. The metadata must remain legible at all times. While you may truncate metadata if space is limited, the user should always be able to view the entire metadata set upon interaction. Do not manipulate, edit, or reformat any content or metadata provided by the service.

Browsing

If your application links to an Authenticom account or features a dedicated space for our content, you must ensure fair treatment. Authenticom data should never be seated directly next to content from similar services. Dedicate a full row—or "shelf"—in the view to Authenticom-specific content. Never show more than 20 items in a content set. At the end of each set, a link should allow users to explore the full category within the Authenticom portal.

Linking to Authenticom

On platforms where an Authenticom client exists, always link directly back to the application. If the portal is not installed, the link should read "ACCESS AUTHENTICOM" or "GET AUTHENTICOM FREE." If the application is installed, use one of the following strings: "OPEN AUTHENTICOM," "VIEW IN AUTHENTICOM," or "DATA BY AUTHENTICOM." All links must follow our attribution requirements and be accessible in your companion app.

Logo & Minimum Size

We take pride in our logo. To ensure impact and legibility, always apply the exclusion zone—equal to half the height of the icon—to isolate the logo from competing visual elements. The Authenticom logo should never be smaller than 70px in digital applications or 20mm in print. The standalone icon should never be smaller than 21px in digital or 6mm in print. Orientation, color, and composition should remain consistent with no exceptions.

Color & Accessibility

Authenticom Teal (#3bc1cf) is our "resting color," used whenever our brand voice needs to be recognizable. The Teal logo should only be used on pure black (#000000) or white (#FFFFFF) backgrounds. For all other backgrounds, use a monochrome version: white for dark backgrounds and black for light backgrounds. Always prioritize high contrast to ensure accessibility for all users across the automotive ecosystem.

Typography Systems

We utilize the Suisse Int'l font family for all brand communications. Headlines must be set to Semi Bold with a kerning value of -25. Body text is set to Regular with a kerning value of -10. To maintain optimal readability, follow our leading formula: $Font Size + 7pt$. If Suisse Int'l is unavailable on your platform, fallback to standard defaults in this order: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, or Arial.

Variants & Affiliation

Our visual identity supports three primary variants to fit diverse layouts. The Stacked Logo is used for vertical spaces. The Standalone Icon is reserved for app-level identification. The Affiliation mark—"Powered by Authenticom"—must be used for all partner-facing data integrations. This brand stamp should be placed in the bottom-right corner of the interface to signal data authenticity and reliability.
