  • Resource Manager

    Description

    The Resource Manager is responsible for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time.  The role is responsible for appropriately scheduling employees for client facing projects based on the requirements for each project and the technical skills of the resource; tasked with ensuring client projects meet required timelines and milestones.  The Resource Manager will provide guidance and coaching, enhance career development, employee engagement and retention.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically plan and coordinate the assignment of resources to product assignments
    • Monitor day to day project activities and sourcing
    • Coordinate resource sharing between Scrum teams
    • Provide coaching and career development for employees

    Experience/Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field
    • Five years in a progressive management position
    • Three years in the technology field
    • Scrum/Agile knowledge is preferred
  • Contract Coordinator

    Description

    A Contract Coordinator is responsible for review and process proposals, participates in contract negotiations, oversees contract administration, and handles vendor interaction to provide proper contract acquisition and fulfillment. Works with external clients and internal employees on objectives relating to contract activity and is an alternative point of contact for communications with legal, finance and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes.

    Responsibilities

    •  Support all facets of contract negotiation, management and administration duties, ensuring that contracts are negotiated, administered and closed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as corporate and compliance policy and procedure.
    • Support the team in interpreting a request for proposal (RFP), develops a contract, articulating contract needs to the company and ensures the company develops a compliant and competitive proposal, while protecting company assets and brand.
    • Prepare and revise client contracts and confidentiality agreements in accordance with Authenticom contracting standards.
    • Monitors, investigates, identifies and thoroughly researches laws, rules, regulations that may affect the organization (Federal Register, United States Code, CMS, Federal, State and Local laws and regulations).
    • Maintains the official record of negotiations and accurate files of all contractual documents and correspondence.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Paralegal; Bachelor’s preferred.
    • A minimum of three (3) years in business, finance, procurement, contracts or legal work.
    • Experience conducting legal research, using legal documents and terminology.

  • Software Developer

    Description

    Responsible for the research, design, test, and development of software to fit the purpose of products to deliver value to our clients in an incremental, highest value first manner. Take ownership of software quality in new product development and existing product maintenance. Responsible for the continued maintenance of products that are used in daily operations.  Craft, maintain, and execute developer tests on various types of applications. 

    Responsibilities

    • Solve problems by reviewing the objectives and scope, gathering facts, analyzing data, and preparing alternatives.
    • Code, peer review, and test within a Scrum team by following or adapting patterns established within a team project.
    • Create indexes, tables, columns, and stored procedures as needed in database environment.
    • Understand object oriented disciplines.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related; Bachelor’s preferred.
    • Minimum of one (1) year in hands-on technical role.
    • An object oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Visual Basic), Excel, Word, Outlook and HTML.

  • Client Services Specialists

    Description

    As the primary liaison between Authenticom and our clients, our Client Services Specialists (CSS) engage with our clients in a variety of ways including phone calls, email, online-chat, and portal communication. Individuals hired for this job begin their career as a CSS I and have the opportunity to advance to a more specialized CSS II role when specific criteria are met. CSSs build relationships with our clients by providing the highest level of service, and are well-educated on the products and services Authenticom offers.

    Responsibilities

    • Audit data output and files for completeness
    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support for clients
    • Process client orders
    • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
    • Compile necessary information for new account setup and verify its accuracy for use
    • Maintain notes in our customer relationship management system

    Experience/Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification preferred
    • Minimum of two years of experience using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
    • Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
  • Marketing Manager

    Description

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional employees and activities at Authenticom.  This position will take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.  The Marketing Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all marketing efforts of the company’s products and/or services.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
    • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so market opportunities may be capitalized upon.
    • Analyze customer markets, including market share, client satisfaction, perceptions and trends.
    • Plan and oversee the company’s advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, social media and mail.
    • Provide proactive marketing recommendations beyond marketing plans.
    • Communicates job-related information as well as changes to company policies and procedures, and any general announcements to employees.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field; Master’s preferred. 
    • A minimum of three (3) years in a marketing management role.
    • A minimum of five (5) years in a marketing department or organization.

  • Social Media/Email Marketing Specialist

    Description

    The Social Media/Email Marketing Specialist will own the social media strategy and execution of email marketing programs from design concepts through deployment and reporting.  This position will focus on building the right social media campaigns and messaging for our clients.  The Social Media/Email Marketing Specialist will also compose and maintain a social media and email marketing calendar, propose campaigns, research, keeping up with social media and marketing trends, and generate ideas for successful online presence.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage social media platforms and generate creative written and visual content for Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Flickr, YouTube, and other sites.
    • Create plan for clear, quantifiable growth of social media followers across channels.
    • Collect and analyze data from social and web traffic and email campaigns.
    • Monitor activity on company social media sites and traffic to website from social media platforms to enhance marketing efforts and target new demographics
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
    • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or other related field; Master’s preferred.
    • A minimum of three (3) years in digital and social media marketing with demonstrated professional success managing social media platforms.
