  • Software Developer

    Description

    Responsible for the research, design, test, and development of software to fit the purpose of products to deliver value to our clients in an incremental, highest value first manner. Take ownership of software quality in new product development and existing product maintenance. Responsible for the continued maintenance of products that are used in daily operations.  Craft, maintain, and execute developer tests on various types of applications. 

    Responsibilities

    • Solve problems by reviewing the objectives and scope, gathering facts, analyzing data, and preparing alternatives.
    • Code, peer review, and test within a Scrum team by following or adapting patterns established within a team project.
    • Create indexes, tables, columns, and stored procedures as needed in database environment.
    • Understand object oriented disciplines.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related; Bachelor’s preferred.
    • Minimum of one (1) year in hands-on technical role.
    • An object oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Visual Basic), Excel, Word, Outlook and HTML

  • Client Services Assistant

    Description

    Responsible for assisting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with order entry setups, cancellations, and voids.  Maintain audit reports involving CSS cases that are missing specific case information needed for setup completion.  Update auto passwords to help CSS maintain current profile information.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter new orders from clients from enrollment forms into Salesforce accurately and efficiently.
    • Reactivate orders previously voided and cancelled cases per client and CSS request.
    • Cancel and void cases per the request of client or CSS; accurately recording date of cancel or void to avoid accounting errors.
    • Enter updated client passwords in Salesforce daily.
    • Review audit reports in Archway, research missing or inaccurate case information required for set-up completion.
    • Review, resolve, and forward emails received in the Client Services orders inbox from potential clients, existing clients, vendors and development.
    • Answer phone, route calls, and check voice mail to resolve client questions and inquiries.
    • Greet visitors and maintain visitor logbook.

    Experience/Education

    • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Business or related major preferred. 
    • Microsoft Suite proficient; specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
    • Work in fast-paced environment.
    • Effective listening skills.
    • Ability to show empathy and demonstrate patience.
    • Exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Client Services Specialists

    Description

    As the primary liaison between Authenticom and our clients, our Client Services Specialists (CSS) engage with our clients in a variety of ways including phone calls, email, online-chat, and portal communication. Individuals hired for this job begin their career as a CSS I and have the opportunity to advance to a more specialized CSS II role when specific criteria are met. CSSs build relationships with our clients by providing the highest level of service, and are well-educated on the products and services Authenticom offers.

    Responsibilities

    • Audit data output and files for completeness
    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support for clients
    • Process client orders
    • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
    • Compile necessary information for new account setup and verify its accuracy for use
    • Maintain notes in our customer relationship management system

    Experience/Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification preferred
    • Minimum of two years of experience using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
    • Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
  • Data Quality Specialist

    Description

    Responsible for verifying the integrity and completeness of orders and data files prior to them being delivered to clients.  Validate accuracy, identify issues, and provide feedback to Client Services employees for resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Review new orders and associated data files for completeness and accuracy before the data is delivered to clients.
    • Follow Quality guidelines to determine if the data is correct.
    • Provide feedback on orders and data files which need corrections or additional information and escalating issues to Client Services when needed.
    • Follow-up on corrected data or order issues to ensure changes made were correct.

    Experience/Education

    • Minimum of Associates Degree in Technology or Business related major
    • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have strong attention to detail
    • Analytical and organized
