  • Account Manager

    Description

    The Account Manager is responsible for nuturing and creating strong relationships with our dealer and/or vendor clients through communication and conflict resoultion for Authenticom products.  Account Managers lead their teams to consistently provide excellent service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor work of Technical Service Representatives managing workflow and coordination of priorities through work distribution.
    • Provide dealer and/or vendor consultation and education on processes to successful onboarding.
    • May manage contracts including renewals and new contracts within standardized pricing, review all associated documentation for accuracy, and participate with Sales in contract negotiations and renewal process to ensure terms of agreements are met.
    • Act as liaison for client while working with Sales, Product, and client services teams ensuring a successful fulfillment and transition into Authenticom.
    • Responsible for the ultimate success of dealer and/or vendor set-ups.
    • Coordinate dealer and/or vendor onboarding, implementation and solution configuration based on the signed agreements and commitments.
    • Manage or conduct ongoing implementation plan reviews with clients to make solution adjustments, review billing, and solicit dealer feedback.
    • Provide training for internal team members on new and existing products.

    Experience/Education

    Education Requirements

    Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major emphasis in Marketing, Communication or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Experience Requirements*

    A minimum of one (1) year marketing, account, or project management experience.

  • Client Experience Specialist

    Description

    Responsible for educating, nurturing, and creating a strong relationships with our vendor clients through communication and conflict resolution for Authenticom products.  Consistently provide excellent service to clients, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization.  Educate clients and associates in process and products to ensure a seamless experience.

    Responsibilities

    Assist with the development and continual refinement of the customer experience strategy.

    Maintain and continually optimize departmental processes.

    Act as a client advocate by helping to both improve our policies and develop new programs to enhance the client experience.

    Develop, update, maintain and facilitate training of client service associates and education of internal and external stakeholders, in process and products creating a seamless experience.

    Assist in exploring enhanced client service levels and the initiation of new process and procedures to improve the client experience.

    Experience/Education

    Education Requirements

    Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major emphasis in Marketing, Communication, or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Technical Service Representative

    Description

    As the primary liaison between Authenticom and our clients, our Technical Service Representative (TSR) engage with our clients in a variety of ways including phone calls, email, online-chat, and portal communication. TSR's build relationships with our clients by providing the highest level of service, and are well-educated on the products and services Authenticom offers.

    Responsibilities

    • Audit data output and files for completeness
    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support for clients
    • Process client orders
    • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
    • Compile necessary information for new account setup and verify its accuracy for use
    • Maintain notes in our customer relationship management system

    Experience/Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification preferred
    • Minimum of two years of experience using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
    • Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
