AuthentiCom begins with the basic information provided by the customer, and cleanses that data real time. AuthentiCom runs the purchase or information request through our powerful in-house system "AuthentiQuest"™". Within milliseconds, AuthentiQuest™ categorizes submissions into three distinct groups; Valid, Invalid and Questionable. Valid inquiry's are returned immediately. Erroneus phone numbers and email addresses are deleted, Questionable inquiry's are appended first, if possible then validated. All returned vaildated inquiry's are fortified with correct name, address and phone number information. In addition they can be enhanced with additional demographic information from our national consumer database covering 90+ percent of the households in the US. AuthentiQest™ can append current address and telephone numbers plus over 200 fields of additional demographic information. Encompassing over 120 million households.

The Validation process is a complete "Web Service". It starts via a clients post to the AuthentiQuest™ engine. From that post, your data is broken down by contracted business rules. You determine how you want your data handled and the amount of demographic append you wish to receive back. Questionable leads can be returned to you marked as questionable or flagged for addtional action. As an additional service, all of the leads run through AuthentiQuest™, can be sent to our call center to be further verified or to be used in a teleservices campaign of your choice.
