Authenticom Recognized Fourth Consecutive Year as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company

August 12, 2015- LA CROSSE, WI –Authenticom was recognized for the fourth consecutive year by Inc. Magazine in their 34th annual Inc. 500|5000 evaluation of the nation's fastest growing private companies. Being chosen for the fourth year in a row is a remarkable achievement, as there are only a select few companies that have been able to sustain this kind of growth for four consecutive years. Authenticom is one of only 497 to have achieved this four-time honoree status.

The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. In 2010, Authenticom had a revenue of $3.5 million dollars and in 2014, it reached a staggering revenue of $18.9 million dollars – an outstanding five year growth of 440%. July 2, 2015- LA CROSSE, WI – On Thursday, July 2nd President Barack Obama visited the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse campus to speak on middle class economics. President Obama concluded his speech by recognizing the business practices of Stephen Cottrell, President and CEO of Authenticom.

The President gave an overview of Authenticom’s humble beginnings and recognized the company as a valuable asset to both the automotive industry and to the La Crosse community. He touched on the effect the recent recession had on the automotive industry, and how such barriers didn’t hinder Steve’s efforts to grow his revenue since 2007 by investing in new people and new technology. As a result, Authenticom has gone from 18 employees to over 120 today to become one of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. Obama applauded Steve’s organizational family unit philosophy by giving the examples of Authenticom’s efforts to support the continuation of education, pay employees fair wages, and guarantee paid sick days. Authenticom headquarters is located in historic downtown La Crosse, WI, in the Doerflinger Building on corner of Fourth and Main Street. Authenticom expands offerings with the acquisition of Ryan Tech's automotive technology

August 26, 2013– LA CROSSE, WI – Authenticom, a leading provider of automotive data solutions, including dealer management system integration and data enhancement services, announces the purchase of the "Automotive Technology Portfolio", namely Carpod, DMSi and VIN Explosion, from Utah-based RyanTech, Inc.

Authenticom partners with Kelley Blue Book to provide automotive valuation data

March 20, 2012 – LA CROSSE, WI – Authenticom, a leading single-platform provider of automotive data solutions including dealer management system integration and data enhancement services, has signed an agreement to be a licensed provider of Kelley Blue Book vehicle pricing data.

The Kelley Blue Book database of values for both new and used vehicles is now accessible through the Authenticom platform. The company has built a proprietary solution that will integrate the Kelley Blue Book data into its daily- and batch-delivery systems. This new Authenticom service is available immediately for third-party service provider applications.

“Right now, equity calculators are key drivers behind current automotive sales. Authenticom receives state recognition for job creation

Governor Walker and the State of Wisconsin Issue $230,000 Tax Credit to Authenticom

March 8, 2012 – LA CROSSE, WI. La Crosse may not be the technology hub of the upper Midwest by most standards, but Authenticom has a reputation in the automotive industry that would make some argue the point. Authenticom is an automotive industry leader in providing data management solutions to a variety of service providers throughout North America. With the resurgence of the automotive industry, Authenticom is seeing unprecedented growth that has captured the attention of career seekers around the tri-state area and beyond. The growth of Authenticom is helping turn downtown La Crosse into a hotbed for high-tech jobs for recent college grads and also professionals who are making a career change.

In 2011, Governor Scott Walker’s Office and the State of Wisconsin issued a $230,000 tax credit to Authenticom and recognized the company for its sustainable job creation and commitment to economic development in La Crosse. During the past 8 months, Authenticom has added more than 40 positions, including .NET Developers, Database Developers, Client Support Technicians, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Marketing team members.
