PCOA PROCESSING

Through PCOA (Proprietary Change of Address), your datadriven application will allow users to access the 35% of movers who do not file a national change of address through the USPS. Authenticom captures this missing information with PCOA, a supplemental data service that tracks the population who are not captured by the NCOA service. Our PCOA transactions update files with the missing information using a database of over 400 million records.

CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System™) Standardization

Authenticom’s CASS Standardization services ensure mailings are sent to valid addresses to help save time and money:

LACSLink™ (Locatable Address Conversion System) updates renamed or converted addresses, including rural route addresses that have been converted to street addresses, existing street addresses that have been renamed, or post office boxes that have been renumbered (e.g., 911 address conversions).

Benefits include:
1. Reduces undeliverable mail by providing most current address matching the LACS file.
2. Lowers mailing cost.
3. Provides faster to-market times.
DPV (Delivery Point Validation) drills down to the physical delivery point, including the apartment or suite level, to determine whether an address matches one of the 145,000,000+ delivery points (deliverable addresses) on file with the USPS.

Validation levels include:
1. Correct primary and secondary data.
2. Correct primary, incorrect secondary data.
3. Address cannot be validated.
EWS (Early Warning System) prevents new addresses not yet entered into the USPS national ZIP+4 directory from being re-assigned to a similar address within the same ZIP Code.
eLOT™ (Enhanced Line of Travel) reduces shipping costs and enhances Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by classifying delivery types as business or residential.
RDI appends the LOT codes used to prepare carrier-route mailings by indicating the approximate delivery order with ascending/descending code. This technology may also be used to qualify for enhanced carrier route presort discounts.
DSF² assists in providing accurate addresses and type of delivery (e.g., business drop, throwback, seasonal, vacant, educational).
SuiteLink improves business addressing by adding known suite numbers to allow delivery sequencing. Adding correct secondary numbers avoids an otherwise heavy manual process.
