Our company has access to the United States Postal Service's® National Change of Address Database (NCOA^Link).  With our NCOA^Link services, your customer information is compared to the most up-to-date address verification system available, saving you time and money by allowing you to reach your target market more effectively.

About the NCOA^Link Database:
Our NCOA^Link Database contains all permanent address changes submitted to and maintained by the USPS®.  Even multiple moves by an individual, household, or business are kept on file, as long as the moves are made known to the USPS with a completed Change of Address notification card.  The NCOA^Link database is updated every 7 days, along with a daily update of the Daily Delete file.  The Daily Delete file contains addresses that still exist in the NCOA^Link database, but have been marked for deletion; it is used to stop addresses from being incorrectly updated.

NCOA^Link provides the following marketing and financial benefits:

• Ensures address data is current and complete.

• Reduces undeliverable-as-addressed (UAA) mail.

• Provides current address information for matches made to the NCOA^Link File.

• Saves time and reduces printing, processing, and postage costs by preventing duplicate mail pieces or re-mailings after address corrections are received.

• Creates the opportunity for faster marketing through accurate mail delivery.

• NCOA^Link return codes provide explanation of match and non-match status.

• NCOA^Link provides you with corrected and standardized addresses (including ZIP + 4®, and postal automation codes for creating delivery point barcodes).  Used with the proper presort schemes, NCOA^Link will allow you to take advantage of postage discounts and faster delivery.

USPS Requirements for NCOA^Link processing:

• Completed NCOA^Link Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF).

• First-Class Mail must be processed using NCOA^Link within 185 days of the mailing to receive discounts.

• Address data must be standardized and corrected per the USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS™) specifications prior to performing NCOA^Link processing.  This CASS Standardization is provided as part of our process.
