Client Service Representative/Client Support Technician

These are entry level positions with a data services company serving the automotive market.  We are growing quickly.  If you are energetic, detail oriented and would like to grow with a young and evolving company, this could be a great match for you.

These positions will share the following responsibilities, with levels of responsibilities increasing from Client Service Representative to Client Support Technician:

  • Process client orders to set up polling operations by entering commands and setting parameters in proprietary software applications.
  • Monitor results of nightly polling operations and audit data output and files for completeness.
  • Diagnose reasons for polling failures and take appropriate action to resolve issues and document the results.
  • Coordinate the acquisition and application of enhanced data with the data extracted from other computer systems.
  • Assist coworkers with questions or work jointly to resolve problems related to polling operations and client services.  May assist in the diagnostics of the company network and/or maintenance efforts related to the same.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.  Associates degree or higher and/or help desk experience is a plus.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and must be dependable.  Ideal candidates will be able to work well independently and as a team; have a high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail; demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving; possess a positive client service attitude; possess excellent communication skills; maintain professional demeanor and appearance; manage time effectively; interact professionally with a wide variety of people; achieve established goals; and demonstrate excellent client service skills, as well as appropriate phone etiquette.
