Stephen M. Cottrell has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry including 15 years specializing in automotive e-commerce. Over the past
decade, Steve has built Authenticom into a successful, multi-million dollar enterprise that integrates with thousands of auto dealerships and with hundreds of solution
providers and OEMs throughout North America. Prior to launching Authenticom in 2002, Steve was Executive Vice President of Sales at AutoWeb.com where he and
his team increased revenues from $15 to $23 million in less than 2 years and reduced expenses by over $4 million per year from 2000-2002. During that period,
Steve was recognized within the industry as the originator of online lead scrubbing and verification processes for commercial production systems. Steve also
spent nearly 10 years as North American Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant in the automotive training and process improvement fields with Half A Car, a privately-held
global company. During this time he spearheaded eight new start-up and e-business offerings. Additionally, Steve has 15 years of experience in retail
automotive business in the highly competitive Northern California markets.
Travis has over 15 years of experience in financial and operational management including the last 3 years at Authenticom in the automotive industry. Travis
manages Authenticom’s operations including contract preparation and review, new client setups, process improvements as well as an oversight of the day-to-day operations.
Prior to coming to Authenticom, Travis worked as an Audit and Tax Manager for a large Tri-State accounting and consulting firm.
Jeff has over 15 years of experience in network design and implementation. Jeff is responsible for maintaining Authenticom’s network infrastructure.
Jeff manages new hardware and software implementation, process improvements as well as monitoring and maintaining our data center. Prior to joining Authenticom,
Jeff worked as an Information Technology Manager for a large Tri-State consulting Firm. Jeff had direct responsibility for managing 15 consultants and over
200 client relationships.

Brian has over 15 years of experience in software development including the last 7 years with Authenticom in the automotive industry. Brian controls Authenticom’s
data processing services, manages new client setups, process improvements, and monitors and maintains all data processing applications. Prior to joining Authenticom,
Brian worked for First Logic, Inc. recently acquired by Business Objects—now an SAP company, one of the leading software companies specializing in direct mail and
data hygiene software solutions.
